Key Responsibilities

- Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring an exceptional sales experience for all clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end customers, addressing their needs and preferences.
- Oversee the training and development of the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to drive promotional activities and customer engagement initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field would ve beneficial.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the luxury automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to drive sales performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of premium vehicles and the luxury automotive market.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Valid drivers license.
