System Analyst

This position reports to the Inbound Operations Manager
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Inbound Supply Chain Operations team with:

• Providing high quality data and process analysis to the Supply Chain Operations team to identify problem areas and suggest improvements.
• Investigating system performance issues and identifying on opportunities for improvement to inbound systems
• Managing a team of Technical Support Specialists and providing technical support for both internal and external stakeholders
• Creating and maintaining operational reports on Looker, Looker Studio & Knime
• Administration of inbound supply chain systems, primarily focused on managing day to day capacities for inbound delivery bookings.
• Providing User Acceptance Testing for inbound system changes and EDI integrations with external stakeholders

Attributes required:

• Advanced proficiency with SQL is a must
• Experience in data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI
• Knime workflows
• Analytical, strong process improvement approach and structured thinking
• Solutions-oriented, can-do attitude, self-motivated
• Ability to motivate, manage, discipline and develop team members
• Strong prioritization, time management and project management skills

Qualifications:

• 3 + years experience as an analyst (business analyst, data analyst, system analyst) in the Supply Chain and Retail Industry or similar
• Degree would be preferred
• Team Management
