This position reports to the Inbound Operations Manager
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Inbound Supply Chain Operations team with:
- Providing high quality data and process analysis to the Supply Chain Operations team to identify problem areas and suggest improvements.
- Investigating system performance issues and identifying on opportunities for improvement to inbound systems
- Managing a team of Technical Support Specialists and providing technical support for both internal and external stakeholders
- Creating and maintaining operational reports on Looker, Looker Studio & Knime
- Administration of inbound supply chain systems, primarily focused on managing day to day capacities for inbound delivery bookings.
- Providing User Acceptance Testing for inbound system changes and EDI integrations with external stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency with SQL is a must
- Experience in data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI
- Knime workflows
- Analytical, strong process improvement approach and structured thinking
- Solutions-oriented, can-do attitude, self-motivated
- Ability to motivate, manage, discipline and develop team members
- Strong prioritization, time management and project management skills
- 3 + years experience as an analyst (business analyst, data analyst, system analyst) in the Supply Chain and Retail Industry or similar
- Degree would be preferred
