Key Responsibilities:Support Centraxs digital transformation efforts, including potential mergers and global expansions
- Business & Requirements Analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and challenges.
- Analyze existing workflows and processes within Zoho One, Newgen Software, and custom solutions to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Document functional and technical specifications that translate business needs into actionable development tasks.
- Work closely with finance teams to optimize Zoho Finance Suite processes and integrations.
- Solution Design & System Architecture
- Design scalable and efficient system workflows aligned with Centraxs project phasesDiscovery, Requirements Validation, and Delivery.
- Ensure seamless integrations between Zoho One, Newgen Software, and third-party applications.
- Develop system architecture blueprints for new implementations and upgrades.
- Support pricing model development by defining system complexity and resource requirements.
- Assist in optimizing custom software solutions for specific business needs.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Act as a liaison between business teams, developers, and project managers.
- Ensure proposed digital solutions align with Centraxs Growth & Solutions strategy.
- Partner with the Digital Account Executive to assess and refine client requirements.
- Assist in change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of system improvements.
- Implementation, Testing & Support
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system performance and functionality.
- Collaborate with the Senior Zoho Developers to implement system customizations and optimizations.
- Provide user training and support for newly implemented digital solutions.
- Troubleshoot Zoho One, Newgen Software, and custom software issues and work on continuous improvement initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with data security regulations across all financial and business operations.
- Monitor system performance, identify areas for enhancement, and recommend improvements.
- 5+ years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role.
- Strong expertise in Zoho One, Newgen Software, and SaaS platforms.
- Experience in business process analysis and technical documentation.
- Proven ability to design and implement system integrations and automation workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with fleet management, logistics, finance, or ERP solutions is a plus.
- Certifications in Zoho One, Mendix, Newgen, or related platforms will be an advantage.
- Experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
