Our client, a leading company in the provision and management of Payment Gateway aggregations, is seeking a Solutions Architect to join their dynamic team. They are dedicated to delivering highly technical and challenging solutions in the payments industry.
Job Summary:
As a Solutions Architect, you will play a vital role in the design and maintenance of our client's infrastructure and systems. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing the architecture roadmap, overseeing the architecture and software design processes, and actively participating in solution implementations across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage activities related to the architecture, design, and implementation of various solutions within the business.
- Understand the system implementations within our client's organization, as well as those of their clients, to ensure optimal design and performance of systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and clients to understand and translate commercial requirements into technical solutions.
- Engage with technical teams from both our client and their clients to comprehend technical challenges and requirements.
- Communicate architecture and design concepts to various stakeholders and collaborate with system owners to ensure alignment with business and technical needs.
- Review the quality of designs, code, and processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality implementations.
- Track and analyze metrics and trends to identify and proactively address potential issues.
- Develop long-term strategies to ensure scalability of our client's systems in line with client growth.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT Management or a related information technology solutions architecture role.
- Strong experience in Cloud technologies (3+ years).
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (5+ years).
- Extensive experience as a senior software developer (5+ years).
- In-depth knowledge of Payment or Financial systems and platforms (5+ years).
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical complexities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with information technologies in a secure network environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Broad understanding of information technology topics.
- Effective interpersonal skills and collaborative management style, including teamwork and team building.
- Comfortable working in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment, and open to acquiring new skills.
