Responsibilities
- Assist with technical design of IGTs systems solutions on Bingo primarily and on Advantage both onsite & cloud solutions.
- Responsible for any technical clarifications required.
- Responsible for the rostering of the Bingo Engineers as well as ensuring the on-call register is completed for the engineers.
- Assist with scheduling and implementation of maintenance plans, upgrades and site visits at Bingo sites physically and remotely to ensure the best security and server practises are followed based on the guidelines of the US recommendations.
- In charge of deployments and upgrades of IGTs systems solutions, according to the project handbook and planning thereof.
- Raise any differences regarding project solution design/handbook to the Service Delivery Manager (SDM).
- Scheduling and overseeing that Bingo Sites hardware and software are maintained and serviced proactively.
- Perform site inspections as a prerequisite for on-site missions, to ensure productive deployments.
- Keep Salesforce (SF) tickets up to date and manage of tickets proactively.
- Is responsible to participate post-mortem with SDM / Sales.
- Responsible for technical training to internal IGT System Team members and any customer training that might be required.
- Responsible for labour estimates for our system solutions (excluding project management, training, go-live assistance) supporting the pre-sales process.
- Update the technical architecture library on the portal.
- Close cooperation with SDM to leverage the partnership with our clients.
- Feedback about scheduled Bingo installations & weekly tasks to SDM.
- Provide pending issue list on Bingo sites weekly.
- Provide regular status-updates to SDMs.
- Support of IGTs Systems solutions during and after business hours.
- All reported issues to be logged as a ticket (TKT) in salesforce (SF).
- TKTs need to be troubleshooted and resolved within the given response times
- For all tickets you need to ensure proper follow-up and escalate issues to peers,
- After TKT-resolution the undertaken measures need to be logged in SF.
- Time tracking towards TKTs has to be done to serve stats on customer
Qualifications
- Higher technical education (bachelor) or 5+ years of experience in similar job role
- Proper communication skills
- Fluent English
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
