Inventory & Systems Manager Supply Chain

We are looking for a competent Inventory and Systems Manager to manage all distribution centre inventory and establish inventory process to ensure compliance; someone to implement robust processes for Inventory/stock levels by ensuring full warehouse optimization and accurate processing of orders.

They are looking for:

• B Sc Industrial engineering or any similar Supply Chain/IT qualification,
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a comprehensive supply chain management environment,
• 2 years of pharma or food industry experience preferred and
• Sound knowledge of relevant quality working standards & safe working procedures as well as the
• requirements of the Health and Safety legislation (OHS Act/ ISO standards),
• Knowledge of GWP and/or cGMP, GDP and safe work practices.
• Good and proven leadership, strong analytical mindset
• Strong Industrial Relations knowledge, reporting and metrics development and analysis,
• Strong problem-solving techniques and statistical analysis skills.

Your job as an Inventory and Systems Manager is vital since efficiently handling the company's products and supplies is critical for attaining business goals, with daily operations of the warehouse, Financial budgeting/planning and metrics and Managing the Warehouse teams in respect of infrastructure, systems, reporting and analytics platforms to ensure efficiencies and optimisation for effective service delivery.

By managing and implementing robust processes for Inventory/stock levels efficiently to ensure full warehouse optimization and accurate processing of orders, system and Quality Management, 3rd Party Inventory and Process management and cold Chain.
