Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct product installations, commissioning of new equipment and maintenance
• Carry out equipment inspections and provide the required feedback / reports to customers and internal stakeholders
• Support clients by conducting regular meetings with maintenance teams, troubleshooting and providing solutions with the input of the client and Support Services Team.
• Coordinate with Engineering and maintenance Departments to ensure that tasks are completed, while adhering to quality control measures
• Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

• Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.
• 3 years heavy machinery installation experience in the mining industry
• In depth troubleshooting of: Windows OS, Windos Server, Linux, SQL, MySQL, SMTP, POP, VPN
