Role Overview
As our Systems Communication Manager, you will wear many hats from overseeing our dialer system to managing campaigns and spearheading lead-generation strategies. We're looking for someone with a sharp analytical mind, quick decision-making abilities, and a knack for understanding both systems and people.
Key Responsibilities
1. Dialer System Management: Oversee and optimise the dialer system to ensure smooth operations and maximum efficiency.
2. Campaign Strategy & Management: Design, implement, and manage campaigns, ensuring they align with company objectives and deliver desired outcomes.
3. Lead Generation: Manage internal and external lead providers and develop and refine strategies to generate high-quality leads, analysing results to drive improvements.
4. Data Analysis: Dive deep into data, providing insights and strategies to enhance performance across all communication channels.
5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure unified and effective communication strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in managing dialer systems, campaigns, or lead generation initiatives.
- Experience with Google Ads and Meta Online advertising.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
