Job Description
In this role, you will form part of the Mass Foundation Cluster which is one of the largest customer-facing business segments in Old Mutual. This role provides immediate support and delivery to administrative requirements in accordance with SLA parameters. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts.
- Follows standardised processes and provides administrative support in line with normal business functioning.
- Delivers on daily production standards and adheres to service and quality standards.
- Provides an indirect service to customers and intermediates.
- Responds to immediate requirements within procedure.
- Uses standard administrative techniques to co ordinate own work.
- Product and process knowledge in different areas may differ but basic skills remain the same.
- Moderate (intermediate) to high level of technical knowledge.
- Partially multi skilled across product and process relevant to the business area.
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or any other related field
- Good understanding of the FAIS Act in terms of the Fit and Proper requirements (advantageous)
- 1-2 years of solid bulk recruitment administration experience
- 1-2 years of talent acquisition systems experience, including applicant tracking, candidate relationship management, social media platforms, and other tools (Lexis Nexis, MIE, Workday, P-net, Career Junction, LinkedIn, etc.)
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Sound knowledge of bulk recruitment, pre-onboarding, recruiting policies and procedures
- Strong PC skills, with a confident approach to working with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, MSTeams)
- A collaborative approach to working
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced bulk recruitment environment with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Focus on quality and execution
- Results and Target driven-oriented with excellent follow-through skills
