About The Role
We have a new career opportunity for a driven and motivated Talent Resourcer to join our in-house talent team to play a key role in working closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners and internal stakeholders to identify, engage, and assess talent for the areas you are supporting whilst promoting the employer brand in the marketplace.
As a Talent Acquisition Resourcer, you will build networks and relationships with candidates both active and passive, setting up talent pools and manage the recruitment process to fill the vacancies with the best candidate, in the most efficient way with a strong focus on driving direct hires and service levels.
This role will provide variety, plenty of opportunity to take on new challenges and really broaden your experience within Talent Acquisition. In return we will offer you the opportunity for training and development to help you lead and develop your career in the direction you want.
Key Responsibilities For a Talent Acquisition Resourcer
Identifying the best routes to market for each role we decide to recruit directly.
Sourcing direct applicants via various direct routes including social media, job boards, networking, and other relevant direct recruitment methods.
Utilising and updating our in-house Applicant Tracking system in line with company process.
Significantly increasing direct hires, reducing recruitment spend and improving the quality of candidates attracted directly.
Managing and shortlisting applications for hiring managers.
Telephone interview screening for applicable roles.
Developing campaign data/reporting to provide information on the progress of a campaign and useful stats to help us more proactively manage recruitment activity.
Partnering with agencies for external support as and when required.
Support the wider team with ad-hoc activities and projects.
What You'll Bring
Skills and Experience:
Demonstrable experience of using social media, CV databases and professional networks
Highly organised, flexible team player with excellent prioritisation, strong follow-up skills and an eye for detail
Strong communication skills written and verbally
Result driven and the ability to show success in reducing agency spend and managing KPIs
Able to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
Excellent relationship building skills, demonstrating the ability to relate well to others
IT literate and proficient in MS Office particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
Hands on experience of full cycle recruiting using various interview technique and evaluation methods is desirable, but not essential.
It is a requirement of the Global Capability Centre Africa that you reside in a home that is fibre ready; and has space for you to be able to work comfortably and confidentially on a day-to-day basis for the purpose of your proposed employment. You can be based anywhere in South Africa and will not be able to work in a location outside of South Africa.
A Minimum of a 100 Meg Fibre line is required, should you be successful, you will need to upgrade your line in order to work effectively.
