A year ago, this Swedish company launched a design production platform and have grown exponentially boasting a global team from 18 different countries, including South Africa. With a sizable investment, continued success and growth is guaranteed with visions to enter new markets in 2022.
As the Talent Acquisition and Staffing Manager, you will be reporting into the COO and working closely with Project Managers and top designers from all of the world, to source new talent.
Minimum Requirements:
- A core competence and key in succeeding an eye for design and experience recruiting designers and assess creative design portfolios
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with previous experience having worked as a staffing or traffic manager at a creative agency
- Excellent social skills with high levels of energy
- Be hands on, working in a structured approach
- Excellent English communication skills
- Driven and embrace working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to drive a modern, data-driven and scalable recruitment process
- Experience handling all steps of the recruitment process
- Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Based in a country +-2 hour’s from CET
Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Identify and engage top creatives all of the world
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and building candidate pipelines
- Be the initial contact for candidates and ensure the recruitment process and assessments are of global standards
- Constantly review and improve processes to ensure a positive candidate experience
Staffing Manager:
- Work closely with Project Managers and Design team to staff the correct designers for projects
- Get to know the designers and match their skills with incoming projects
- Tracking and improving utilization rates, keeping an overview of ongoing and future projects staffing needs
Define streamline processes to ensure designers have a great work environment, enabling them to focus on creativity
