You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelz International Business Services, working to support impeccable service operations.
How You Will Contribute
You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

Education / Certifications:
- Degree / National Diploma in HR/Psychology or related qualification
- 3 5 years Talent Acquisition or HR administration experience
- Workday experience advantageous
To succeed in this role, it is expected the successful incumbent will have:
Interview scheduling:
- Ensure that interview scheduling is done in a timely manner
- Coordinating availability between panelists
- Coordinating with candidates
- Extending interview invitations
- Logging interview dates on Workday
- Requesting for background checks on successful candidates
- Conducting character reference checks
- Ensuring documentations are uploaded to candidate profile
- Generating external offer letters based on the information of TAAs
- Generating internal offer letters based on the finalized computation of TACs
- Retrieving all necessary offline approvals
- Offer management tasks on Workday prior to finalizing candidate
- Retrieving respective approvals
- Initiating peer review checks
- Generating a suitable offer for internal movements
- Obtaining the necessary approvals
- Obtaining necessary signatures
- Extending offer to internal movement candidate via hiring manager
- Ensuring TAC and TAAs are compliant with audit scope
- Monthly and quarterly auditing exercises
- Presentation to TA LT on findings of audit
- Providing timely support to hiring managers, TAAs, and people team colleagues to execute recruitment process
- Creating assets for the marketing of adverts
- Contributing to employer branding initiatives
