Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment coordination, with a strong background in IT recruitment. This role requires expertise in both US and international recruitment coordination, ensuring we attract the best talent from around the globe.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Coordination: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer management.
- IT Recruitment: Leverage your IT recruitment experience to identify and attract top-tier candidates for technical roles.
- Global Recruitment: Coordinate recruitment efforts across multiple regions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and cultural nuances.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and HR team members to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports using our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates and promote Netsurit as an employer of choice.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment coordination, with a focus on IT recruitment.
- Degree/Diploma or any relevant qualification
- Global Expertise: Proven experience in coordinating US and international recruitment efforts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
