As a remote first organisation our outlook is simple; to hire the best global talent regardless of location, culture or background. We are proud that our hiring process is totally unique, with our business fully accountable for attracting their own talent. Our role is to work closely with the Hiring Leads to drive initiatives, automations and best practices whilst delivering expert viewpoints on HR assessments. We are trailblazing in how Talent Acquisition drives true value in building an organisation.
As our ambitious growth plans continue, we are seeking two Talent Acquisition Managers to help drive our talent attraction process, and bring valuable insights on selecting game changing talent. Our team is focussed on how we hire talent; how we assess, whose judgement we trust most, how we ultimately make our hiring decisions. We are highly data driven and make all our decisions based on complex modelling. We are not recruiters responsible for generating talent pipelines; we true experts in setting the guiderails on our process. We are looking for two leaders who bring real vision on how an organisation scales with determination to ensure we attract the best talent we can for every hire.
We have two open opportunities that will report directly to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition. The first will focus on our Engineering space and the second on our Corporate space, from Operations to Sales.
These are ideal opportunities for people who have expertise in talent selection and behavioural assessments, deep data analytics capabilities and experience of both leading and mentoring a team and influencing the wider business.
These two roles will be based in the EMEA region.
