Purpose
To manage the recruitment team and recruitment processes/execution thereof, thus supporting Liberty's current and future business objectives
Qualification and Minimum Experience
- A relevant academic qualification will be advantageous.
- Experience in operations and process/system optimisation will be an advantage.
- Relevant experience in managing teams and influencing stakeholders is important.
- Develop and implement our people attraction strategy, working closely with the Business Unit heads and Human Capital. Partner with stakeholders to determine future needs and set and drive enabling sourcing strategies.
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment cycle and ensure that all targets are met.
- Improve and/or develop and implement procedures for the sourcing, engagement, and management of contingent resources. Continuous improvement of all internal/external recruitment processes, including perceptions of our Liberty brand.
- Update, educate and provide insight and feedback into related policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations regarding the engagement of resources. Promote Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging in the business by focusing on recruiting underrepresented demographics, in line with the Employment Equity Plan.
- Manage recruiting systems, reports, dashboards and establish and track metrics to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment team and hiring managers. Provide a data driven talent capability, to enable business to make informed resourcing decisions
- Identify and remove bottlenecks in the processes to ensure maximum turnaround time for placing new candidates into vacant positions.
- Ensure contract management with vendors are in line with the Procurement governance framework and that utilisation of recruitment vendors are in line with the preferred supplier list (PSL).
- Maintain service delivery, quality standards and turn around items against KPI's and SLAs with the business through the mentoring, growing, and developing our recruitment team.

Vaccination Policy & Hybrid Working Model
