Job Description:
As a Talent Acquisition Researcher, you will play a pivotal role and your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive research to identify potential candidates across various sources, including social networks, job boards, and professional associations.
- Generating candidate pipelines for active and passive recruitment efforts.
- Collaborating with the talent acquisition team to understand specific talent requirements and priorities.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor intelligence to inform our recruitment strategies.
- Providing insights and recommendations to improve our sourcing and talent acquisition processes.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Building and nurturing relationships with potential candidates to create a talent network.
- Assisting with initial candidate outreach and pre-screening to ensure alignment with our organization's needs.
- Participating in employer branding initiatives to enhance our talent acquisition efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a researcher, sourcer, or recruiter in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in utilizing various sourcing tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, with a keen eye for identifying top talent.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
