As a key player in our HR department, you will lead recruitment efforts across our Group, focusing on attracting top talent in alignment with our short-term and long-term business goals.
Minimum Experience:
- 5 years experience within an Internal Talent Acquisition role
- Essential Experience in Talent Pipelining & Market Insights
- Experience with workforce planning is essential
- Matric/Grade 12 is essential
- National Diploma in Human Resource or similar is preferable
- Engage with Hiring Managers to understand businesses recruitment needs.
- Displays a practical understanding of large corporate recruitment needs, value propositions, functional business structures, reporting lines, systems and work processes that support these objectives.
- Build relationships with stakeholders on different levels to support the business needs.
- Analyse, forecast, plan workforce supply and demand with the ability to assess gaps and determine talent management interventions to ensure the organisation has the right employees with the correct skills for the business short-term, medium-term and long-term strategies.
- Run effective recruitment campaigns and talent pool candidates for current and future recruitment needs accordingly.
- Experience with strategic sourcing (Boolean Searching, Head Hunting, etc.).
- Build and maintain talent pipelines that align with the companys workforce planning and future business needs.
- Conduct thorough analysis of talent availability, industry trends, and geographic insights to shape and optimize recruitment strategies, addressing any skills gaps within the organisation.
- Perform competitor benchmarking to understand market positioning, compensation trends, and talent sourcing strategies, providing insights that enhance the companys ability to attract top-tier candidates.
- Identify and nurture passive candidates through multiple sourcing channels to ensure a consistent flow of top talent for critical roles.
- Develop and design job descriptions according to business needs and requirements.
- Create standard interview guides and drive fair recruitment processes.
- Assess candidates applications and long list and shortlist candidates according to business needs.
- Provide business with key talent insights and reporting.
- Drive the full recruitment cycle with the ability to use various interview techniques to identify best fit to the business (Experience with competency based interviewing).
- Manage the Application Tracking System.
- Run salary analysis and understand job grading and banding methodologies.
