Role Objectives
The HR Advisor will be required to perform the role of the strategic partner to be assigned Divisions through intergrating the people strategy and the business strategy, and to provide HR operational management support.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Management
- Ownership of the Hollard talent and succession framework and philosophy
- Ensure the optimal definition of Hollard talent and talent pools
- Support the Head Talent and Development to ensure effective execution of all talent and succession activities for GSF
- Establish a talent calendar and coordinate the execution
- Support HR business partners during the preparation of functional talent reviews by providing feedback, toolkits, process information, and coaching etc.
- Meet with HRBPS on a quarterly basis to understand status of talent processes and progress made on talent interventions/ action
- Design and implement a talent guide for line managers
- Ownership of the Hollard Performance Management framework, philosophy and policy
- Ensure implementation and adherence to the Group performance management framework and methodology
- Drive the utilisation of the performance Management System as well as completion rates of the different cycles
- Support HR business partners through upskilling, by providing feedback, toolkits, process information, etc.
- Design and implement short guides for line managers
- Liaise with HR Shared Services for system support as well as enhancements
- Group communication on performance cycles
- Ownership of the Hollard Psychometric Assessment framework, philosophy and policy
- Support HRBPs through upskilling, providing information, assist with queries, and upskilling of line managers where needed
- Serve as contact person with external Provider
- Review monthly reports and share with HR community as well as addressing areas of concern where needed
- Provide expert advice on internal talent development assessment and how to make development feedback meaningful
- 3-5 years experience in designing Talent Management frameworks and facilitating Talent Reviews at senior level
- 3-5 years experience as Performance Management SME across various functions
- Experience in designing and managing a Psychometric Assessment framework
