As the Talent Development Consultant, your responsibilities will be:
- Ensuring the end-to-end management and delivery of all SETA and/or TFG funded programmes; BBBEE scorecard improvements; programme completion and absorption; and detailed tracking of all SETA activities to best meet reporting requirements
-Ensure adherence to all ETQA process criteria and requirements
-Involvement in BBBEE reports and audits
-Liaising with SETA to ensure projects run effectively
- Identify and manage potential risk related to all skills development activities
- Continuous focus on identifying opportunities for improvement in skills development processes
- Continuous focus on identifying risk to delivery and timeous escalation of any deviation to policy and company practise
- Assist broader People Shared Services according to resource needs (valley periods, emergencies, projects
- HR Degree or relevant Qualification, e.g. OD ETDP (essential)
- Registration as SDF and/or Assessor (essential)
- More than 5 years functional experience in Skills Development across the board (essential)
- Working understanding of Skills Development legislation and BBBEE scorecard requirements
- Proven experience in managing SETA funded programmes end to end, from grant applications, managing accreditation to managing the Claims process
- Solid experience in Learning Delivery and Assessment
- Effective project management, processes and timelines and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
