Position Summary
Support the Talent Manager in the local talent management strategy, ensuring alignment with the Group Talent Strategy to ensure a strong talent pipeline. Deliver key talent solutions in partnership with the above market talent teams and support the implementation of the EVP strategy for the market.
A day in the life of a Talent Management Specialist:
- Support the development and implementation of the local talent strategy for talent management, succession planning and PDP and Steer the Local Talent cycle within the market aligned with the global timelines. Develop business intimacy to understand business critical requirements
- Partner with HRBPs to challenge and support their business/function talent management agendas/ Support capability development of the HRBPs to build expertise in talent and succession management:
- Trainings for HRBPs on use of Performance and Talent management tools
- Communicate changes and updates on Nestle tools for the performance and Talent Management tools
- Coordinate Talent and Performance management process with HRBPs
- Coordinate Talent Projects with HRBPs and provide support to them and ensuring end to end collaboration with Talent Acquisition to develop talent pipelines internally and externally aligned to OPP/DPP and Succession Planning
- SMEs for performance and talent management tools supporting their functions/businesses
- Compliance, Reporting & Audit:
- Systems expert on Talent Management and support the HRBPs to get relevant data and reporting
- Regular Data Quality Audits for PDP and talent management reporting
- Support on time closure of system updates relevant to talent calibration, performance calibration and goal setting
- Support Talent Manager in building development initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation and engagement such as mentoring programmes and leadership development opportunities. Partner with the Regional teams to ensure the delivery of key talent solutions (e.g., development assessment)
- Ensure execution of talent broking strategy across the market
- Work with People Analytics to make informed decisions on talent acquisition, performance management and other HR related KPIs.
- Contribute to Content, Digital and Social media strategy for all regionally owned Careers digital pages, i.e., Careers website pages, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, internal onboarding portal, CRM, alumni community, etc. Align with the Recruitment Marketing team for content creation as needed. Coordinate relevant social media and digital platforms where relevant with internal stakeholders (Corporate Communications, Brand Management, Above Market Talent COC etc.)
- Support the implementation of Planned Employer Branding Activities relevant to supporting functions (includes GYI, Diversity & Inclusion, Recruitment Marketing, Learning & Capability Building, Talent Management initiatives and projects)
- EVP SME and coordinator and key recruitment marketing contact for EVP
- RMK (Recruitment Marketing) SPOC for the Team
- Scan external environment trends and share with above market teams as input to the broader talent strategy and constantly screen Market People trends and innovation to recommend new approaches. Support talent manager in developing talent retention strategies.
- Degree level education or equivalent (preferably in Human Sciences, i.e., HR Management or Industrial Psychology)
- min 5 years experience in HR (prior experience in Talent Management or HRBP role)
- Project management experience (have driven projects as a project leader successfully)
- Business acumen: ability to execute the People Development business strategy within Talent Management Process & System
- Digital acumen: ability to leverage the opportunities generated by the digital learning technologies
- Stakeholder Management: HRBPs, LMs, Regional Talent CoC colleagues
- Ability to make choices and prioritize resources
- Working under pressure of various and sometime conflicting demands
- Ability to network with colleagues (trainers) working in different geographical areas
