Location: South Africa (Fully Remote)
UK Working Hours: 8am and 10 am and 5pm and 7pm. It’s an 8 hour shift with 1 hour break in the middle for lunch (UK Hours).

Job Description:
Our client is looking for a Resource Consultant to join their growing team. This role requires an expert in candidate sourcing and screening and candidate engagement.
  • Supporting all elements of the recruitment process from advertising
    to arranging interviews to collating ID.
  • Manage both internal and external stakeholders from development of job descriptions with hiring managers, writing and placing adverts.

  • Maintaining trackers of all advertised posts and providing recruitment updates.

  • Monitor recruitment advertising campaigns, working closely with the Marketing Team to define, evaluate and recommend the use of attraction methods to recruit suitable candidates.

  • To update the business website with external vacancies.

  • To load vacancies on relevant advertising platforms.

  • To ensure full compliance with legal obligations in regards to right to work checks and other vetting procedures including DBS checks.

  • Ensuring compliance with employment legislation.

  • Ensuring Equality and Diversity are embedded in all HR functions.

  • Notifying unsuccessful candidates at the conclusion of each recruitment process, dealing with requests for interview feedback and providing administrative support to ensure the successful conclusion of recruitment campaigns

  • To offer a professional and courteous service to all stakeholders.

  • To respond promptly and efficiently to all enquiries.

  • To undertake scanning / photocopying, electronic filing and emailing as appropriate.

  • Ensuring exceptional attention to detail.

  • To undertake any other duties of an administrative nature and any other duties that are within the scope of the post as determined by the Line Manager.

  • To ensure that deadlines are met.

  • To ensure the accuracy of all information.

  • To respond effectively to line manager requests.
Safeguarding
  • To commit fully to the safeguarding agenda.
Communication
  • To act as a role model for the department.

  • To act as the first point of contact for our client, being professional at all times.

  • Provide a customer-focused service to applicants and managers.

  • Responding promptly to queries received through the Recruitment inbox and fielding others appropriately.

  • To maintain own and the recruitment functional mailbox.

  • To maintain excellent communication with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 2 years of education recruitment experience (Non-negotiable)
  • Good numeracy/literacy

  • Proficient with Microsoft and Google software suits

  • Fully competent at using ICT

  • Administration experience

  • Experienced in Adobe sign or similar pdf packages

  • Confident in drafting adverts for various job boards and target markets

  • Experience of working in an education setting

  • Experience of using recruitment tracking system/s
