The Role: Sales Development Representative
Are you ready to play a pivotal role in our clients growth journey? As a Sales Development Representative, youll be at the forefront of their expansion, driving top-of-funnel activity and connecting with high-level stakeholders eager to enhance their employee wellbeing strategies.
What Youll Do:
- Book and Qualify Meetings: Engage with key decision-makers to identify their needs and align them with our client's innovative solutions.
- Drive Multi-Channel Campaigns: Utilize tools like Hubspot, LinkedIn, Apollo, and Dripify to create compelling outreach campaigns that generate interest and opportunities.
- Identify Pain Points: Understand the challenges companies face in employee financial wellbeing and position our clients platform as the solution.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with leadership, marketing, and product teams to refine the sales process and ensure seamless handoffs of qualified leads.
- Maintain CRM Excellence: Keep CRM systems up-to-date for accurate sales management.
