Job Title: Project Manager - Web Design

Location: Remote in South Africa

Working hours: 9am to 4pm (Irish Standard Time)

Our Client is Irelands High-Performance Web Design Experts.

They are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the web design projects from conception to completion. As the Project Manager for Web Design, you will be responsible for leading a team of designers and developers, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with clients, to define project requirements, allocate resources, and manage budgets. It is mainly wordpress, shopify and custom website projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of web design projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases.
Collaborate with clients to gather project requirements and content and deliver to developers.
Check all developers work and test websites.
Prepare all website towards completion by collecting and filling in all content where possible.
Conduct regular project status meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and address any issues or concerns that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Testing: test website functionality, processes and design to make sure everything is really high standard.

Requirements

Proven experience managing web design projects, preferably in a digital agency or creative studio environment.
Knowledge of wordpress and shopify including how to organise projects from design, development to product upload and extension functionality.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, and organise team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams. Also, very good English skills and speak well.
Knowledge of web design principles, UX/UI best practices, and digital marketing concepts is desirable.
A good eye for design detail and standards and helping website to look great.
Preferably some digital marketing experience including facebook and google advertising set up and campaign running.
