About the role
This is a specialist role that reports to the Senior HR Manager and is responsible for driving all talent acquisition, retention targets and employee wellness.
What you will be doing
- Talent acquisition - attract and hire suitable and qualified candidates required for all vacancies as per company targets and requirements.
- Manage and maintain the entire recruitment process including job post creation and promotion, applicant CV reviews, telephonic/online screenings, background checks, culture fit and competency assessments.
- Develop, manage and maintain the new employee onboarding process to ensure effective integration.
- Maintain all talent management systems, management reports, templates and processes.
- Coordinate and manage internal wellbeing initiatives.
- Drive organisational effectiveness processes and initiatives to support the development of our companys culture, capabilities, learning and development, diversity and fairness, employee engagement and retention.
- Facilitate, enhance and manage the employer branding and employee value proposition, career site and relevant social media.
- Assist with the coordination of internal staff events.
Diploma or relevant B degree.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- 5+ years experience in talent management related HR functions.
- Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of employment and labour laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a sense of ownership and accountability.
- Flexible and able to meet the needs of the company.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Advanced computer literacy skills (MS Office, Google Suite, HR and Recruitment software such as Sage, VIP or BambooHR).
