RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sourcing
- Provide a comprehensive talent pipeline
- Contribute to the sourcing and attraction actions to ensure an adequate talent pool is available for placement
- Design advertisements that appeal to the target audience as appropriate based on the role requirements
- Manage internal staff referral program and other attraction/sourcing interventions
- Preparation of job profiles and job descriptions in conjunction with the line manager for new/updated vacancies
- Review applications received and profile accordingly for the various campaign skills and requirements
- Assess for various competencies as per client/campaign requirements
- Coordinate and facilitate group assessment centres, with involvement from the Operational team
- Arrange and conduct competency-based interviews to establish if the candidate is suitably qualified for the position in terms of work experience, attitude, behaviour, and competency
- Lead and coordinate interviews and provide guidance, feedback, and support to Line Managers
- Recommend, review, and update interview guides, ensuring that all stakeholders have interview packs before the interview is to take place
- Continuously act as a brand ambassador for the business
- Maintain a record of all recruitment documentation as per client/legislative
- Daily/weekly and monthly reports are completed timeously as required
- Assist with the administration for campaigns when the need arises
- Minimum 1.5 to 2 years experience within volume recruitment / BPO industry
- Exposure to advertising, sourcing, interviewing, and facilitating the full recruitment cycle
- Exposure to working through Applicant Tracking Systems
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification is essential
- Clear credit and criminal record is essential
- Ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders
- Ability to work well in a high pressured environment
- Ability to work well individually as well as a team
- Understanding and experience in the sourcing and interview process
- Ability to communicate well with stakeholders
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office products
