Duties And Responsibilities
- Business Analysis Planning: Lead planning efforts for relevant projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and expectations
- Solution Development: Create detailed requirements and specifications for business solutions, ensuring they meet strategic goals
- Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis and research to identify key metrics and improvement opportunities
- Process Optimization: Develop and implement processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Agile Methodology: Ensure business processes adhere to Agile methodologies, consulting with stakeholders on objectives and success factors
- Business Plan Execution: Assist in the development and execution of business plans, aligning people, processes, and technology with organizational goals
- Degree/Diploma in Information Technology/Information Systems or related field
- Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst
- Prior experience within the financial services industry advantageous
- Experience managing multiple projects and operational requests, with a strong understanding of Agile and/or waterfall methodologies
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Suites (VISIO), and Confluence
- Knowledge of BABOK (Business Analysis Body of Knowledge) and its application
