Tar foreman

Bellville construction company have a vacancy for a tar foreman.  The ideal person will be resonsible for a team performing asphalt duties i.e. cutting of trenches, fill with base, compact, spraying of tack coat and premix laying all by hand.  The ideal person must have a background of premix laying.  Contactable references a MUST.
