MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To present and facilitate Higher Education and Training programmes and courses to Mediclinic students and employees in order to acquire competence (incl. cognitive, psychomotor and affective skills) as independent healthcare practitioners on completion of training.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Ensure compliance to Higher Education & Training and American Heart Association (AHA) standards
Design and assess learning material and interventions
Facilitate learning process, incl. theoretical and clinical facilitation
Coordinate and administrate student-related processes
Required Education
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Masters degree or Degree in Nursing (Planning to enroll for Masters degree), Diploma in Critical Care Nursing (ICU), Diploma in Education
DESIRED EDUCATION: PhD in Nursing
Required Experience
ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 1 years experience in a training capacity
DESIRED EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years experience in field of specialist discipline
