Arranging couriers, sorting and distributing post. Able to operate a switch board telephone. Dealing with clients on floor and telephonically. Making copies using different machines. e.g. Xerox machine, Fax, Scan documents and sending/receiving emails. Making use that machines have suitable level of inks, chemicals and tones. Supplying print materials to the machine. Finishing copied items, binding and laminating of students cards. Checking meter reading for machine. Monitoring the process of the copying run. Able to implement new effective data inputting ideas and techniques as well as understanding that data is only valuable if it is accurate and up to date. Possessing extensive knowledge of: electronic data management systems and electronic filing systems.

I am currently studying a postgraduate certificate in Education (Foundation Phase and Early Childhood Development)through the University of South Africa.I completed my Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Education and Psychology, anthropology and criminology in 2015 as well as an Educational Psychology honours degree in 2017 at the University of Pretoria. I volunteered my time at preschools during the course of my undergraduate degree and worked as an Au pair from 1 June 2016- 5 December 2017 while studying full time, so im no stranger to hard work. Due to the nature that I chose an academic career in which both education and psychology are prominent, it enables me to apply the psychological knowledge that I have obtained to enhance my approach to the teaching and learning process within the educational field.Going into the educational field I will need to be able to be compassionate, a good communicator, a good listener and have a passion for enriching and advancing the knowledge of children. I will then need to possess the following qualities : good communication skills, kindness and compassion . This profession enables me to have the chance to help others, which is the main reason why I chose to study within the education and psychology field. I am therefore, applying for employment as an assistant teacher or as a teacher so that I can put these qualities and knowledge into practice so that I can contribute to the enrichment and learning of children, in order to gain experience within my career field. I have my own car which means that transportation to and from work will not be an issue. I am a hardworking person who has a passion for children and I am able to adapt to any new situation and if given the chance I will make a success of any task that I am presented with.
