What will you do?
This Team Support Assistant will support specific Executives and their senior management teams by effectively and efficiently managing office, administrative and event related tasks. These tasks include but are not limited to (1) managing and coordinating schedules and travelling, (2) assist with event management activities, (3) coordinating payments and related activities and processes and (4) managing internal and external stakeholder and partner relationships. This role will require an energetic, digital savvy, self-motivated individual with a can-do-attitude who is passionate about driving results, team collaboration and success.
What will make you successful in this role?
- Coordinating and management of diaries and travel arrangements.
- Communication and liaison with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Receiving external clients and stakeholders at office (as and when required).
- Coordinating project and event management activities including conferences.
- Coordinating in-country marketing related activities.
- Managing all payments and related financial processes for the teams.
- Office management support as and when required.
- Ad hoc projects and tasks that may arise from time to time.
- Event and conference management
- 5 years related experience.
- A relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous.
- Personal and project assistant experience in a corporate environment will be advantageous.
- Experience supporting multiple executives and senior managers.
- Experience with coordinating local and international travel arrangements.
- Experience with coordinating events/conferences.
- Strong business communication methods and processes
- Excellent writing skills
- Ability to sensitively manage organisational impact (red tape, protocol etc.)
- Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & Power Point
- Ability to manage various stakeholder queries and related support.
- Sound knowledge of etiquette that is followed or prescribed in a social and/or professional setting on an executive and senior management level.
