Requirements
- Proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a call center or BPO setting.
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to lead and motivate a team, set goals, and hold team members accountable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and other departments.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, including the ability to handle difficult customer situations and make quick decisions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of the industry, including call center operations, customer service best practices, and performance metrics.
- Strong computer skills and experience with call center software and tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive performance and improve processes.
- Flexibility to work in different shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
