Fiduciary Team Leader
What can you expect:
As part of the Fiduciary Finance hub, this role is within the Receipting function. It is an energetic team within MMC Controllership team which is part of the wider finance head office function. This role will provide accounting services to more than 8 countries within the IMEA region.

We will rely on you to:
- Be a leader within the team to ensure a culture of high performance.
- Monitor daily receipts on the bank statements.
- Coordinate the allocation process.
- Prepare ad hoc, daily, or monthly reports for different purposes.
- Work as part of the team to ensure that departmental goals are met.
- Work collaboratively with the businesses and other functional areas (Finance and non-Finance).
- Degree or Diploma
- Ability to respond expeditiously via email and chat
- Must be able to multitask and have strong organizational skills
- Minimum of 5 years (including 3 years people management) experience
- Knowledge of MS packages (word, advance excel, Outlook)
- Finance background preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to deal with various stakeholders
- Leadership and Management skills
