Job Requirements:
• Matric Grade 12;
• Product Knowledge advantageous;
• Financial and Strong Informal Trade Sales background;
• Mandatory to have valid driver’s license, own reliable vehicle and willingness to travel,
• Verbal communication, Phone Skills, Listening, Data Entry Skills, People Skills;
• Customer Focus, Customer Service, Attention to Detail, Professionalism, Multi-tasking
• Literacy in Microsoft office (Outlook and Excel Proficiency);
• Be able to self-manage - Ability to work well independently as well in teams within rapidly changing deadline and target-based driven environment;
• Must be able to work on weekends and holidays and after-hours;
• Ability to work under pressure and to take accountability in Target driven environment;
• Be Trustworthy and reliable.
Remuneration Structure
• Basic – R4700
• Petrol – R1300
• Variable commission based on contracted KPIs up to R9000
o Up to 25% - 44 Commissionable New Customer Registrations/ Agent within your Teams
o Up to 25% - FootSoldiers Float Rebalancing - ensuring that each FootSoldiers rebalance min of R1000 per month
o Up to 25% - Min Cashin value of R3000 + R1500 MTN Airtime Sales per FootSoldiers per month
