Team Leader Travel

The role suits a candidate with at least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity leading a team who is responsible for administration and Travel.  Previous experience in a travel / similar environment and ability to speak an additional foreign language (French ) will serve as advantage.

Key duties include:

  • Managing a team of 4 staff
  • Oversee and make sure team deliver results
  • Training of team
  • Ensuring clients satisfaction are met
  • Response timeously to clients
  • Liaising with clients
  • Executing client request / need.
  • Allocate and distribute tasks
  • Ensuring targets are met
