The role suits a candidate with at least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity leading a team who is responsible for administration and Travel. Previous experience in a travel / similar environment and ability to speak an additional foreign language (French ) will serve as advantage.
Key duties include:
- Managing a team of 4 staff
- Oversee and make sure team deliver results
- Training of team
- Ensuring clients satisfaction are met
- Response timeously to clients
- Liaising with clients
- Executing client request / need.
- Allocate and distribute tasks
- Ensuring targets are met
