Team Manager

Youll be working onsite and lead the members of the EON Operations Team. Youll be reporting into a Service Delivery Manager, and will be responsible to lead, guide, coach and support the team to achieve their KPIs. You will coach and develop your team to thoroughly unpack the customers situation to provide financial support. You will follow up on attendance and agree on set goals with team members covering performance, quality, and development areas. You will focus on career and skills development of team members.

You will deal with people related problems, such as absences and disciplinary matters. You will drive the achievement of targets by keeping your team members engaged and driven. You will manage staffing needs, productivity, and quality. You will manage employees by ensuring continuous communication, feedback, motivation and driving our Sigma values. You will deliver accurate reporting and ensure company policies and procedures are communicated to the team

Minimum Requirements: (Internal)
  • You have effective communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
  • You have great attention to detail.
  • You have the ability to work under pressure in an ever-changing environment.
  • You are signed off probation.
  • You have a Clear IR record.
  • You have been meeting your KPI's for the last 6 months.
  • You have a perfect attendance record.
  • You must be an existing 2ic/performance coach.
Minimum Requirements: (External)
  • Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
  • BPO experience within an international BPO (essential).
  • Must have 1-2 years Team Management experience with UK Utilities (advantageous).
  • You have effective communication skills (verbal, written and presentation).
  • You have great attention to detail.
  • You have the ability to work under pressure in an ever-changing environment.
  • Must be willing to work rotational shifts (UK Hours / SA Public Holidays).
