Novus Print: Montague Gardens seeks to appoint a diligent Technical Administrator in the Technical and Mainteance Department. This position is based in Montague Gardens, Cape Town. The successful incumbent will work closely with the Mechanical and Electrical Foreman and will report directly to the Technical Manager.
Key Areas Of Responsibility
- Basic administration
- Providing input and assisting to improve Press admin efficiency
- Liaise with relevant persons for checking and distributing of documents and correspondence
- Assist with departmental requirements and planning such as stabdby, callout, overtime and taxi schedules, etc.
- Handling of inquiries and incoming requests
- Submission of payroll input timeously
- Updating documents
- Assist with manageming shopware system
- Assist with submisson on ivoices timeosuly to the finance department
- Compile feedback reports
- Assist Manager with short term departmental project implementation
