What You Will Do
- Systems analysis of complex requirements in a Payment environment
- Define system interfaces
- Work with architects to define system requirements to the delivery team
- Problem solving and Diagnostic work
- Contribute in an Agile team
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects and Developers to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent
- Create and update required documents and JIRA tickets
- Define and review test cases
- Facilitating Business and Functional Design sessions and various meetings with internal teams and external third party suppliers
- Facilitate functional and technical walk through sessions with the development teams.
- Taking responsibility during the sprint cycle to resolve any business and functional related issues
- Keeping abreast of industry developments in area of expertise
- Relevant Qualifications
- Business Analysis course/certification (Highly beneficial)
- Architecture courses/certifications (Beneficial)
- AWS Cloud Certification (Beneficial)
- 5 years work experience in a technical analyst role
- Understanding of IT systems integration
- Experience of agile software development
- Previous experience in payments, ecommerce or banking environment highly beneficial
