Assist with all aspects of running an eCommerce (Online sales) business.
- Processing and packaging of online orders for daily delivery to courier
- Customer order support via phone and email
- Technical customer support via phone or email (training to be provided)
- Stock take and warehouse management
- Testing and market evaluation of new products
- Delivery and Collection of bulk orders to resellers (co. vehicle available)
The candidate must be:
- Well spoken in at least one common language, other languages will be considered beneficial.
- Familiar with technology such as PC's (windows, excel, email) and Cellphones.
- Technically minded - can resolve technical issues with training.
Important: Candidate must have own their own transport to and from work. Home office in Pretoria East close to the the Rigel Ave / Delmas off-ramp from the N1. Monument Park, Waterkloof Ridge, Erasmusrand area.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: R7,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute: Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
