Well-known, premium biscuit factory seeking an employee who has experience with the implementation, maintenance and improvement of food safety and quality systems (HACCP, FSSC 22000) as well as R&D. Must have a keen interest in baking as well as large scale production. Labelling regulations, training, internal audits, non-conformance investigations, customer complaint handling are also key areas. This person will also be responsible for the maintenance of Kosher & Halaal certifications. Must be meticulous, organized and be able to work well with others.
