Position Summary

In this role you will be responsible for Idea to Launch Market projects and Technical support to factories for Operations optimization and Capability building.
A day in the life of a Category Technical Expert:
- Facilitate seamless implementation of new products and technologies, overseeing the entire process from R&D to operations.
- Drive the successful completion of development projects, ensuring they progress smoothly from initial concept to post-launch evaluation.
- Lead projects and initiatives focused on enhancing products, processes, and supplier relationships, such as cost reduction, supplier development, and specification optimization.
- Develop and sustain expertise in product and process mastery, enabling manufacturing operations to achieve zero defects.
- Serve as a vital link between the market and R&D, ensuring effective communication and alignment of objectives.
- Provide comprehensive technical support to address basic assistance requests from factories.
- Promote knowledge transfer to factories, empowering them with product and process mastery to eliminate waste and optimize efficiency (e.g., ZLMV and EUPS).
- Degree: Food Science and Chemical Engineering
- 5 years experience in production environment (Plant Manager).
- English speaking, as needed (e.g., suppliers abroad)
