- Technical Food Safety & Quality Manager, will be responsible for overseeing and upholding food safety and quality in accordance with our FSSC certification and food management system.
- Will take full responsibility for all aspects relating to quality assurance, food safety management, and production/new product development.
- Will ensure the implementation and enforcement of Food Safety Standards, Good Manufacturing Practices, and personnel hygiene management.
- Oversee and maintain food safety and quality management systems in accordance with FSSC 22000 and BRC standards.
- Develop, maintain, and update all records, manuals, training procedures, and product specifications as defined in the Food Safety System.
- Assist with the preparation for Food Safety audits and Customer compliance visits.
- Support product development and sensory evaluation processes.
- Ensure implementation and enforcement of Good Manufacturing Practices and personnel hygiene management.
