Key Responsibilities:
Asset management reporting and interdepartmental overview (FRACAS)
Monthly reliability reporting for clients, mining department and to distributors
Job card reviews and reporting internally and to distributors
Ticket reviews and reporting internally and to distributors
Custodian of maintenance processes including asset management, ticketing, and job card systems
Document development and review
Small project assistance
Key Goals:
Enhance operational process efficiency and effectiveness
Ensure compliance to KPI’s
Ensure compliance to audit schedules
Ensure maintenance and support team compliance to maintenance processes as prescribed
Inherent Requirements:
Technical diploma or Technical Certificate (Electrical / Electronic)
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience which must include hardware and software systems. Radar knowledge will be an advantage.
Good interpersonal skills to relate to clients, distributors, and team
Proficient in MS Office packages
Radar system knowledge
Understanding of asset management principles
Understanding of reliability reporting
High level of detail and ownership
