Key Performance Areas:
- Responsibility for the performance of the inland field service team.
- Develop and execute a technical training plan with technical department
- Facilitate all training sessions on dispensing equipment, vending equipment and water filtration systems.
- Compiling, distribution and control of all Ciro technical information documents to insure information is
- continuously updated and shared.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operation Manuals per machine for services and re builds.
- Develop training material for operators, technical staff and consultants.
- Create an environment which is conducive to learning and development of staff
- Ensure the technical training centre is appropriately equipped
- Be a controller of the Corrective Action Request system at technical nationally (CAR)
- Identify areas of improvement and formulate a strategic plan to correct and develop technical staff to achieve service excellence. Key focus areas will include adherence to processes, appearance and customer engagement.
- 5 years within a Technical environment
- 5 years within Training of Coffee
- 5 years working with Coffee
- 5 -7 Years in a Leadership / Management role
- Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering qualification
- Electric or Electronic Technical Qualification
- Coffee extraction understanding through equipment variants
- Assessing of competence
