Duties & Responsibilities:
- Write and publish compelling technical job descriptions.
- Source potential candidates from specialized platforms such as Stack Overflow and GitHub.
- Evaluate IT resumes to parse technical skills and qualifications.
- Conduct pre-screening calls to assess candidates capabilities.
- Conduct interviews using diverse methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments, behavioural questions).
- Collaborate with Operations to forecast departmental goals and hiring requirements.
- Create and distribute personalized recruitment emails showcasing current job opportunities to passive candidates.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Enhance the companys reputation as an attractive employer.
- Stay updated with emerging technological trends and products.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter in the IT industry.
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, Skype, structured interviews).
- Technical proficiency to comprehend and articulate job requirements for IT roles.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques such as social media recruiting and Boolean search.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or IT (advantageous).
