Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and technically advanced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in technical roles across various industries. Your expertise in understanding technical job requirements, sourcing strategies, and candidate evaluation will be critical to your success in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract top technical talent.
  • Screen candidates through interviews, assessments, and technical evaluations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs.
  • Develop and execute creative recruitment strategies to fill technical positions efficiently.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in technical recruitment.
  • Thrive in a high-performance sales culture
  • Generate new business (cold calling 40-60 calls per day)
  • Grow and maintain client relationships
  • Achieve sales targets
  • Understand your niche and attract the best candidates in your industry
  • Full 360 recruitment cycle
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably in technical recruiting.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements across various industries.
  • Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools and platforms for sourcing and candidate management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and confidentiality.
  • Two years sales experience with exposure to cold calling
  • A track record of achievements
  • An ambition to be the best version of yourself
  • Must be between the age of 22 30
  • Have your own vehicle
