- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably in technical recruiting.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements across various industries.
- Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools and platforms for sourcing and candidate management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and confidentiality.
- Two years sales experience with exposure to cold calling
