Responsibilities
- Client Interaction:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering both pre-sales and after-sales technical advice.
- Assist clients, typically technical staff from hydraulic distribution or engineering companies and OEMs, with technical quotes.
- Sales Process:
- Search for new clients and maximize client potential in designated regions.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding and interpreting their requirements.
- Persuade clients that company products best meet their needs in terms of quality, delivery, and price.
- Negotiate tender and contract terms to meet both client and company needs.
- Calculate client quotations and manage client accounts.
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
- Offer after-sales support and technical backup as needed.
- Analyze costs and sales, prepare reports for head office, and maintain customer records.
- Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects.
- Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other events.
- Make technical presentations and demonstrate product benefits to clients.
- Collaborate with the worldwide sales team and technical experts.
- Assist in the design of custom-made products.
- Provide training and produce support materials for sales.
- Collaboration:
- Regularly liaise with various departments within the organization, both locally and internationally, including research & development, design, purchasing, production, quality, senior Company Managers
- Relevant industrial sales experience.
- Proficiency in industrial-hydraulic products and applications, particularly hydraulic and mechanical drives.
- Specialized technical education and experience in Fluid Power, Hydraulics, and Hydrostatics.
- Proven track record in sales of industrial and mobile hydraulics products.
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field advantageous.
- Up-to-date knowledge of various hydraulic technologies.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience.
- Non-smoker

- Probation period of 6 months.

- Standard working hours: 40-hour week.
- Ability to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
- Frequent travel within the calendar year for sales activities.
- Occasional travel to group headquarters or other subsidiaries worldwide.

- Bonus: Percentage of monthly salary upon reaching sales targets (negotiable).
