Activities you can expect to be involved in include:
- Delivering AMS and CCOE-related services to Content + Cloud (C+C) and its clients.
- Contributing to the client and internal TDA discussions and providing effective solutions.
- Acting as a product owner for Centilytics Cloud Management Platform and Platforms in Azure Manager Services.
- Ensuring smooth service transition into service and collaborating with other teams to maintain standards.
- Engaging with stakeholders at all levels and providing timely updates on progress.
- Initiating, updating, approving, and maintaining knowledge articles related to the service.
- Accurately book time against tasks and work closely with the team to create a positive work environment.
- Reporting on potential client-facing risks and internal security risks.
- Using previous experience with malicious incidents to determine remediation steps that may be required.
- Mentoring and guiding junior engineers on best practices.
