BASIC SALARY R478 299-R528 114 PER ANNUM LOCATION: DURBANVILLE
Requirements:
A relevant National Diploma or higher
Proven experience as technician working with OSP
Expertise and Technical knowledge is required in the
construction and installation of new broadband network
infrastructure, OSP/ISP civils and fibre.
Knowledge of processes in specifying requirements for
projects, tender specifications, adjudicate minor tenders.
Physically fit
Drivers licence and own vehicle
Key Performance Areas:
Provide technical leadership and expertise in the construction
and installation of new broadband infrastructure, OSP/ISP civils
and fibre, to ensure requirements and objectives are met.
Provide technical input into requirements specifications or
tender specifications relevant to the domain of broadband
infrastructure new build.
Provide expert technical into solution design on projects or
problem solving in the domain of broadband infrastructure
build.
Provide technical expertise to advise and guide on final
acceptance of new installations of telecoms broadband
infrastructure build.
Provide ongoing operational support to management to
ensure effective and efficient operations within the broadband
infrastructure build domain to ensure adherence to SOPs,
policies and guidelines.
Lead small to medium projects and teams of a technical
nature as well as Co-ordinate contractor tasks requiring
specific technical input and expertise in the broadband
infrastructure build domain.
