Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct preventative maintenance tasks on a scheduled basis to ensure system is upheld to operational standard.
The Technical Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating daily tasks according to predetermined timelines.
Reporting to the relevant sponsor and ensuring quality control throughout life cycles are central to this position.
Preparing and complete daily tasks
Assisting the estimating department during plan review
Delineating project requirement and general conditions
Knowledge of the industry and a clear understanding of what is required to maintain system availability.
Knowledge of existing VMS systems such as Bosch, Hikvision, Avigilon, Cathexis, Milestone, Genetec etc. will be required;
Knowledge of current access control systems, ZKTeco, Impro, Saflec, Softcon, Gallagher will be required
Attention to detail and administrative accuracy (Daily and monthly reporting, etc.)
Communications of issues, and coordination of activities
Document control
Job cards
Documentation
Overtime sheets
Accurate logbook to be kept for traveling
Responsible for all Sales under 50k with a target of 150k per month
Process quotations for all sales requests
Timelines on projects
Weekly scheduling
Monthly schedules
Daily scheduling for teams
Forecast vs. actual
Perform any other work-related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time-to-time by management.
Site assessments
Collecting of stock
SLA meetings
Quality control
Dispose of equipment in environmentally friendly manner
